Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Richmond, VA to support daily store operations, lead retail teams, and assist with hiring and development of associates.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, maintain standards, and ensure exceptional customer service while overseeing staffing, inventory, and loss prevention efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in an Assistant Manager or retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards.
• Supervise and support staff in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training.
