Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering outstanding customer experiences with AT&T products and services. This role offers strong base pay, uncapped commission, and growth opportunities, including paid training and a pathway to manage a location.

You will collaborate in a fast-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction, daily sales activities, and team development.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably wireless.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred, location dependent).
• Retail or telecom experience (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent (Required).
