Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services. This full-time role offers strong base pay with commission, ongoing training, and growth opportunities across nationwide locations.

You will help manage store operations, staff development, and customer guidance while promoting a positive, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or wireless industry.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US with a HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team member to exceed personal and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities each day.
