Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for its HEYDUDE brand in the United States.

You will lead a high-energy team to deliver exceptional consumer experiences, drive sales, and manage daily retail operations from opening to close, including cash handling, stock management, pricing, and store cleanliness. You’ll recruit, develop, and motivate staff, ensuring excellent service while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 4+ years of retail experience, preferably store management.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license may be required if driving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our service model.
• Champion a positive team culture with feedback and concerns.
• Lead recruitment and staffing to ensure store coverage.
• Achieve performance metrics in sales, customer service, and product engagement.
• Own and lead daily retail operations, including POS, stock, pricing, and markdowns.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to maintain smooth store operations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and stay informed on product collaborations and initiatives.
• Adhere to Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance policies.
