AT&T in Clarksville, TN is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager and drive daily store operations. You will coach a team, oversee merchandising, and lead promotional activities to meet sales objectives.

You will develop your leadership skills through best-in-class training and work closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences. A strong emphasis on teamwork and performance is highlighted throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
