Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a Material Handler II or Retail Clerk II, or equivalent external experience.
• Ability to read and write.
• Basic math operations knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid California driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and store activities to ensure customer satisfaction and security.
• Process incident reports for HR, Safety, WC and Loss Prevention.
• Oversee store opening/closing, track production goals and audit employee work.
• Sell merchandise and provide customer service while maintaining a positive image.
• Manage cash register functions, deposits, and reconcile overages/shortages.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety, loss prevention and company policies.
