Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to support a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate a cash register, stock shelves, and help maintain displays under the Store Manager’s guidance.

You will perform duties of a Sales Associate and lead in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months of supervisory experience preferred.

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment and give change.
• Stock merchandise, restock, rotate displays, and help build merchandise layouts per planograms.
• Keep the store clean, manage trash, dust and mop floors, and maintain restroom and stockroom cleanliness.
• Open and close the store under the Store Manager’s direction; assist in other duties as needed.
