Dollar General Corporation seeks a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate a cash register, stock merchandise, and support the Store Manager in daily operations to maximize sales and protect assets.

You will lead by example in customer service, open and close the store as directed, and cooperate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in their absence.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow planograms.
