Dollar General Corporation seeks a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate a cash register, stock and display merchandise, and help with store operations under the Store Manager's guidance.

You may lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations, adherence to planograms, and attention to safety.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to operate cash register and complete transactions.
• Ability to read planograms and arrange displays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment and bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves and build displays; follow processes for receiving and unpacking.
• Open and close the store under the Store Manager's direction.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
