Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to maintain a customer-focused sales floor.
• Greet customers and provide product knowledge on styles and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for staff and customers.
• Coach and supervise team to meet service standards and KPIs.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and developing store staff.
