Job summary

Vuori, Inc. in Bloomington, CA, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead the sales floor and inspire the team with Vuori’s brand values. You’ll coach staff, maintain store standards, and deliver unbeatable customer experiences.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager on daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and events, while motivating the team to hit sales goals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience by ensuring each customer receives the best experience possible.
• Lead the sales floor and sales team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers and invite them to events.
• Stay knowledgeable on new products and what's selling well and share with customers and team.
• Lead the team on day-to-day store operations when the Store Manager is not in.
• Motivate the sales team and help achieve sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Seek new product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve as a customer expert.
• Lead the team in completing projects focusing on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Assist in shipments and inventory management with the Store Inventory Lead.
