Job summary

Vuori, Inc is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in San Francisco to help lead the sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance, coach associates, and maintain brand standards across operations and merchandising.

You’ll stay informed on new products, best sellers, and events, while modeling Vuori’s upbeat, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Available mornings and/or evenings; 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert who creates experiences and handles concerns proactively.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible.
• Own the sales floor and sales team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise fit.
• Engage customers about product details and events to forge relationships.
• Lead daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
