Job summary

Five Below in United States (South Portland) seeks an effective store leader for hourly management duties. You will supervise crew, ensure fast, friendly checkout, and drive sales while managing opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Join a team focused on WOW customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Wowns the customer by personal contact and trains crew on service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates for quality service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staff.
• Opens/closes store, manages cash, doors, alarms and daily prep.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintains store areas including cleaning and stock room.
