Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, rotating, and displays; maintain planograms.
• Assist in inventory control, cashier accountability, deposits, and cash handling procedures.
• Support store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
