Job summary

Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and strong store performance. You will coach the team, maintain standards, and implement strategies to meet sales and productivity goals.

You will lead a dynamic team, promote Miniso values, and help manage inventory, scheduling, and compliance while driving member sign-ups and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Experience mentoring and coaching staff approved.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Store Manager and lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote the mission and core values of Miniso in daily operations.
• Support smooth store operations: service, merchandising, procedures, and sales performance.
• Drive customer engagement through the membership program and loyalty building.
• Mentor trainee associates, help achieve sales targets, and support growth.
• Assist in inventory management, shipments, damages/returns, and supplies.
