Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.

• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the sales team to achieve targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and POS duties.
• Ensure consistent customer service and in-store presentation.
