Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Provide direct coaching and supervision of store associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of a manager.
