Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to collaborate with the Store Manager to coach and develop a high-performing sales team and maintain operational excellence. You will help open/close the store on duty and ensure the store aligns with brand standards.

You will lead by example, communicate priorities clearly, recruit when needed, and use reports to drive sales and service improvements while elevating the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to train and develop high performing store teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff toward sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach and develop team to create an engaging, inclusive selling environment.
• Ensure store is open and closed as manager on duty with proper keys and procedures.
• Drive customer experience through operational excellence and brand standards.
• Assist in recruitment and fostering diverse, inclusive staffing.
• Utilize store reports to guide decision making and improve performance.
• Support training on internal operational functions and store programs.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to staff.
