Job summary

Men's Wearhouse is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring superior customer experiences. The role focuses on recruiting, training, and maintaining operational excellence while on duty.

You will lead by example, set clear performance expectations, and help create an inclusive, high-energy store environment that aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and develop store team members.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, results oriented and team focused.
• Able to work collaboratively with Store Manager and staff.
