Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager in Riverton, UT to lead store operations and develop a high-performing team. You’ll hire, train and coach staff while ensuring outstanding customer experiences and adherence to brand standards.

You will partner with the Store Manager to meet KPIs, manage schedules, and coordinate omni-channel initiatives, with a focus on safety and loss prevention. Requires leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: Supervises associates, plans daily goals, delivers exceptional client experiences, and ensures brand standards.
• People: Recruits, trains and develops the team, coaches, and maintains positive associate relations.
• Operations: Executes company processes and supports digital strategies, including omni-channel fulfillment.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintains safe store environment, protects assets, and monitors inventory and cash controls.
