• Cosmetology license desirable, not required

• Drive KPIs and financial targets through planning and analysis
• Collaborate with Store Manager and AM/DM and ensure omni-channel strategies are executed
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, and opening/closing procedures
• Ensure safety, loss prevention and compliance with policies
