Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
• Can effectively communicate with team and management
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and guide associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales/KPIs while upholding brand standards
• People: train and develop teams, recruit, coach, and maintain positive associate relations
• Operations: execute company processes, manage inventory, Omnichannel fulfillment, payroll hours, scheduling, opening/closing procedures
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe store environment, protect assets, enforce policies and procedures, ensure compliance
