Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team and drive profitable sales in alignment with brand standards. You will oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will coach, train, and develop team members while ensuring adherence to SOPs, operating procedures, and compliance. Flexible scheduling, travel as needed, and a focus on results are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and drive KPIs in collaboration with leadership.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coach and give feedback to improve performance.
• Lead the implementation and execution of SOPs and initiatives.
• Create an inclusive environment and promote compliance.
