Job summary

Old Navy is hiring a General Manager to lead a store team to deliver a profitable business plan and meet key metrics. You’ll drive stores results across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development, coaching a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will supervise budgeting, scheduling, and SOP execution while building a high-performing, inclusive team with a focus on community involvement and brand leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and collaborate with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable store sales.
• Manage store budget for daily operations to support the P&L.
• Build and develop a high-performing team.
• Coach and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Lead SOP implementation and brand initiatives.
• Promote an inclusive environment and community involvement.
• Ensure compliance standards and frictionless customer experience.
