Job summary

Herman Miller, a MillerKnoll brand, seeks a General Manager in San Antonio to lead a high-traffic store and drive revenue through coaching and demonstrations. You will train your team to hit sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience, while managing budgets, schedules, and store operations.

You will report to the Regional Manager and partner with HR on employee relations, with a focus on performance and continuous improvement across the store team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years retail management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong listening skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team in a high-traffic store.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and motivate staff to meet store sales plan.
• Deliver the Herman Miller Client Experience through demonstrations and quotes.
• Manage store operations, scheduling, shipments, and expenses.
• Handle employee relations in partnership with HR.
• Report to Regional Manager and drive revenue and culture.
