Qualifications

• Prior retail merchandising, customer service and/or cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Full-time associates must be available to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships using the T.R.E.A.T. model.
• Assist customers, locate items, complete purchases, and perform advanced POS transactions.
• Maintain displays, restock areas, and merchandise new items per guidelines.
• Train and coordinate associates, manage breaks per policy.
• Communicate issues to store leadership and maintain a safe environment.
