Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead new store development, relocations, and remodels. You will coordinate across Real Estate, Construction, Store Operations, Design, and Finance to deliver on time and within budget while upholding brand standards.

You will manage budgets, schedules, permits, and turnover activities, traveling up to 40% to project sites and vendor meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive retail/construction project management experience preferred.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple store development, relocation, expansion, remodel, and capital projects from lease to grand opening.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities among internal teams, architects, landlords, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to protect timelines and budgets.
• Manage budgets, change orders, contingency usage, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Review costs and invoices for accuracy and proper coding; maintain records.
• Support contractor selection, bidding, scope reviews, and value engineering.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, occupancy certificates, and turnover requirements.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure design standards and brand requirements are upheld across projects.
• Prepare status updates for leadership and stakeholders and facilitate transitions to Store Operations.
