Zusammenfassung

Framebridge is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead retail construction and store development from pre‑construction through turnover and opening, including new store builds, renovations, and fixture rollouts.

You will coordinate with general contractors, landlords, architects, and internal teams to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and brand standards while preparing for opening across multiple regions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years in retail store design and/or construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Ability to juggle 5 to 10 simultaneous retail projects across regions.
• Clear communication with design teams, landlords, store operations teams, architects, and contractors.
• Knowledge of local building codes, OSHA safety regulations, life safety standards, and ADA.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a central point of coordination between general contractors, landlords, architects, vendors, internal departments, and key stakeholders, driving communication and keeping projects on track through completion.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, budgets, milestone trackers, and status updates; lead weekly calls, conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, manage punch lists, and coordinate closeout and turnover activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, bids, change orders, and vendor proposals to validate scope and ensure project requirements are reflected pre- and during construction.
• Coordinate procurement, production, delivery, and installation of fixtures, lighting, flooring, signage, IT equipment, furniture, and other owner‑furnished materials with vendors and logistics partners.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Retail, Visual Merchandising, IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments to translate store opening requirements into actionable plans.
• Maintain and organize store and project documentation, ensuring access to accurate and current project information.
• Support new store opening execution by coordinating utilities, site logistics, deliveries, installations, and on‑site activities while mitigating risks impacting opening dates.
• Manage fixture and equipment planning across the store portfolio, including inventory tracking and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain trackers, reporting tools, presentations, and project data for leadership and cross‑functional partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, landlords, vendors, and internal partners to improve processes and reduce costs.
