Job summary

POP MART is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the rapid expansion of our U.S. retail footprint, overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through store opening and handover, with accountability for budgets, schedules, permitting, and contractor performance.

You will partner with Real Estate, Design, Store Operations, architects, general contractors, landlords and vendors to deliver on time, on budget, and to POP MART's brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–7 years of commercial/retail construction project management experience.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, general contractors, landlords, vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple retail construction projects from pre-construction through turnover and store opening.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Review bids, support contractor selection, and manage performance against scope, budget, and schedule.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other construction documentation.
• Coordinate with the Architect of Record and internal stakeholders to ensure design alignment.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
