Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products they’re looking for.
• Assist with cash handling and checkout to standards.
• Engage customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; communicate supply needs and safety procedures.
