Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members for a Jacksonville, FL store to maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and support checkout operations. You will help customers shop, complete cash handling to standards, and participate in omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS while sustaining a welcoming store environment.

Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high store cleanliness and recovery to deliver brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Support Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS) and restock shelves.
