Michaels is seeking team members for Bradenton, FL to maintain store cleanliness and assist customers across shifts. You will handle checkout duties, participate in stocking, and support Omni channel services in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop for what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
