Job summary

Michaels is seeking store team members for the Gainesville, GA location to deliver friendly customer service and efficient checkout experiences. You will help customers find items, participate in store upkeep, and support omnichannel processes.

The role requires standing, lifting, and moving throughout the store with a focus on safety and policy adherence. Benefits include discounts, 401(k), and health coverage where eligible.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to learn and follow SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram maintenance.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and recover merchandise as needed.
