Goodwill Store Associate is responsible for assisting in all non‑management aspects of store operations, including accepting donations at donors’ vehicles, processing sales on the POS, and maintaining an orderly, welcoming shopping environment. Under supervision, the associate helps with merchandise pricing, display, and general upkeep, while meeting quality standards and providing strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and processing donations from donors and handling sales transactions on the POS system.
• Display items and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment for donors and shoppers.
• Support with general maintenance and store operations to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
• Work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the retail schedule.
