Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Store Team Leader to oversee all leadership functions at a designated OSJL location, including hiring, development, store P&L reporting, merchandising, and daily operations in line with company policies. Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Google platform (Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Promote the store's strategic vision and drive profits through effective leadership.
• Hire, lead, and develop all store associates and maintain staffing needs.
• Develop reporting store leaders for future opportunities and succession planning.
• Ensure store presentation complies with company standards, including merchandising, maintenance and cleanliness.
• Communicate with Buyers and manage freight flow, backroom organization, and 24-hour freight turnaround.
• Support HR and leadership teams and maintain strong relationships with district leadership.
