Burlington is hiring a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area and work closely with Store Management. This full-time role is a stepping-stone to store leadership, requiring strong supervision, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

You will supervise merchandise flow, coordinate workload, and support recruiting and onboarding while ensuring efficient store operations and high standards of organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail or big-box environments.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage workload and drive results while supervising others.

Responsabilités

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety guidelines to reduce shrink.
• Direct associates, plan workloads, and monitor productivity.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings and programs.
