Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house receiving and merchandising operations. You will direct the flow of goods, supervise associates, and ensure compliance with safety and asset-protection guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression from receiving deliveries to floor flow.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Direct associates and workload; ensure productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
