Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team member in Roseville, MN, to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will help with truck unloads, stocking, and keeping the store well-merchandised and in stock.

The role involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and upholding safety and SOPs. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery, inventory, and in-stock levels
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
