Job summary

Michaels in Concord, NH is seeking an energized team member to assist customers, process fast checkout, and help keep the store well-stocked and welcoming. You will engage customers with the rewards program and guide them through omnichannel services such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

The role supports truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery while upholding SOPs and safety programs. 16+ required; retail or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain in-stock store and recovery including go-back processing
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; model a positive image
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
