Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Team Member for our BOS-CHELMSFORD, MA location. You will help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with compliant cash handling.

You will also engage customers with rewards and private label card enrollments and assist with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Daily duties include truck unload, stocking, and planogram adherence, merchandise recovery, and maintaining an in-stock, well-merchandised

Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.

Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
Maintain store recovery and merchandise, including returns/go backs and in-stock conditions.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Adhere to SOPs and company policies; be a positive role model.
