Michaels LI-ROOSEVELT FIELD, NY store seeks team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. Staff will unload trucks, stock, and keep shelves well-merchandised for a great shopping environment.

Candidates with retail or customer service experience, ability to stand long periods, and willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings are encouraged to apply. Benefits are available to eligible team members.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance and manage returns/go backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; project a positive image and be a role model.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
