Michaels Stores in New York City (Brooklyn Heights) is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and keep the store well stocked. You will help customers locate products and ensure a fast checkout experience with accurate cash handling.

You will also promote the Rewards program, enroll customers, and participate in omni-channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. Strong movement through the store and adherence to SOPs are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Aufgaben

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
