Job summary

Michaels in Freehold, NJ is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkout. You will handle stocking, merchandizing, and basic store operations including truck unloading, planograms, and returns.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store, promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and maintaining safety and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and credit card enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery; maintain store standards.
