Michaels in Clifton, NJ, is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planogram maintenance, and merchandise recovery, keeping shelves in-stock and labeled.

Engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments, support Omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and adhere to SOPs

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise return/go back processes to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; promote a positive image and act as a role model.
