Job summary

Michaels Stores in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a store team member to help customers locate products and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will also participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance to keep shelves well-merchandised and in-stock.

Responsibilities include promoting rewards programs, processing enrollments, aiding omnichannel tasks (BOPIS, SFS), and upholding SOPs while delivering excellent customer service in a climate-controlled retail

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and planogram maintenance
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery
• Support SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance
• Interact respectfully and model positive behavior
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
