Job summary

Michaels is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, ring up purchases, and help keep the store stocked and well-merchandised. You may be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, handle truck unloading, stock shelves, support BOPIS/SFS, and participate in safety and SOP compliance.

The role requires standing for long periods, frequent movement, bending, lifting, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to engage customers and explain store programs

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling
• Assist with Omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
