Job summary

The Michaels Monroe, LA store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will also help unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain store standards to meet our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate products, enrolling them in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, supporting BOPIS/SFS processes, and participating in inventory tasks while upholding SOPs and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to assist with unloading trucks and stocking shelves.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) maintenance.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
