Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member at our SEA-Federal Way store in Washington. You will assist customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You’ll participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties to keep the store well merchandised and in stock. You will engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, educate on VOC surveys, and support Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; support safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; uphold a positive store image.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
