Job summary

Michaels is seeking a retail team member to assist customers, manage checkout, and participate in stocking and merchandising. You will help shoppers locate items, enroll them into rewards programs, and support in-store pickup and ship-from-store processes.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or customer service experience, can stand for long periods, and work well in a team while maintaining store standards. This position is on-site at a Cedar Hill, TX store.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Willingness to assist customers and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and truck unloading.
• Maintain shelves, planograms, and store recovery to stay in stock.
