Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc (CSI) is seeking a Store/Shift Supervisor to assist the Station Manager in daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure safe, efficient service at our California locations.

You will coach associates, manage cash handling, and maintain CSI policies while delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and instructions.
• Previous experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environments with cash handling and customer service.
• Experience operating cash registers, computer consoles and related equipment/software.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction to staff during shifts to ensure station operations are covered.
• Assist with product inventory management and coordinate with other stations to reduce stockouts.
• Handle cash/money processes and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures.
• Ensure safety standards and use of PPE; keep staff and customers safe.
• Complete daily/weekly administrative tasks related to retail and gas sales, compliance and paperwork.
